Typically, coordination will begin about 6 weeks to 3 months before a secured event date, after a couple has already confirmed their venue, hired some vendors, and/or completed some partial planning. However, every event is different, and most packages are customizable to fit your needs! From day one, I'll help you coordinate details, create your timeline, manage vendor deliveries, and handle any additional curveballs thrown your way.​

For those who plan to tackle their wedding or event with more of a DIY approach- you may not necessarily need to hire day-of assistance or coordination, yet still feel overwhelmed with where to begin. Or, maybe you just want a head start before we're fully working on your already booked coordination package with me! During this one hour session, you'll have access to unlimited answers to questions, as well as helpful tips, tricks, and checklists that will help guide you in the right direction for planning your event.
Wedding Day

This package will cover both ceremony and reception, including a venue visit, timeline creation, ceremony rehearsal, and management of vendor deliveries, Leading up to the event day we'll hold several detail gathering meetings and you'll receive custom checklists, resources, and answers to any additional questions to keep your planning organized and moving forward. I'll be available for 8 hours of coordination on the wedding day.
Reception-Only

Have you already held your ceremony, or are you only looking to hire help for the reception portion of your wedding day? For this package, you'll receive all services included in the wedding day package, except for the ceremony coordination and ceremony rehearsal. I'll be available to coordinate for 5 hours for the wedding reception.

Looking to skip the party to better focus on the ceremony, or are your ceremony and reception locations different? This package is for those who only need assistance during their ceremony, and includes a venue visit, several detail gathering meetings, management of vendor deliveries, a ceremony rehearsal, and 4 hours of coordination. ​
Micro-Wedding

This package is for weddings that will have 35 guests or less. We'll hold several detail gathering meetings, a ceremony rehearsal, venue visit, vendor management, and 8 hours of wedding day coordination for both ceremony and reception, so even this more intimate celebration can still make a refined splash!
